Pencil: I'm sorry
Eraser: For what? You didn't do anything wrong.
Pencil: I'm sorry cos you get hurt bcos of me. Whenever I made a mistake, you're always there to erase it. But as you make my mistakes vanish, you lose a part of yourself. You get smaller and smaller each time.
Eraser: That's true. But I don't really mind. You see, I was made to do this. I was made to help you whenever you do something wrong. Even though one day, I know I'll be gone and you'll replace me with a new one, I'm actually happy with my job. So please, stop worrying. I hate seeing you sad. :)
I found this conversation between the pencil and the eraser very inspirational. Parents are like the eraser whereas their children are the pencil. They're always there for their children, cleaning up their mistakes. Sometimes along the way... they get hurt, and become smaller (older, and eventually pass on).
Though their children will eventually find someone new (spouse), but parents are still happy with what they do for their children, and will always hate seeing their precious ones worrying, or sad.
"All my life, I've been the pencil.. And it pains me to see the eraser that is my parents getting smaller and smaller each day.
For I know that one day, all that I'm left with would be eraser shavings and memories of what I used to have..."
This is to all the parents out there.

I never thought in my whole life that being a mother/parents would be the toughest job ever. Now that I’m a mother, not once but twice I can see that it’s all not only about providing our kids what they need but also that we become their mentor, their friend, and personal advisor. We want our children to grow up with lots of parenting advice from their parents and family.
Anyways, I’m so excited to see my bundle of joy. It’s so funny that my toddler now loves to touch my tummy to feel the baby’s movement. I know he is going to be a loving brother. Like earlier today when I was organizing the baby blanket he was there helping Mommy get organized. How sweet! I just love, that at 27 months, he knows how to show how much he cares and loves those people around him.

Who doesn’t love chocolate? I think almost everyone loves chocolate. Correct me if I’m wrong! I remember when hubby and I were boyfriend and girlfriend and he always sent a package of chocolates for me with bunches of red roses. Isn’t that sweet? He really knew what my weakness is. I don’t know buy I have a sweet tooth.
One of the best companies who sell different types of chocolate is See’s Candies. I love their orange and chocolate wafers. So delicious! Actually, we have a Sees Candies here. Just a ten minute drive away. It’s good to know that See’s candy fundraiser program is available to participate in.
I have been craving chocolate these past few days so maybe later today I will drive down there and by some for me and for my lovable hubby. At the same time I want to find out more about the See’s candy fundraiser program. Now, I’m drooling when I look at their website full of yummy stuff.
