The GC called today to let me know that he the dry rot is more extensive than I had thought. Basically, he said he wasn't sure how the tiles were still "up". Apparently studs and sheet rock (or whatever goes under tile) is gone. I'll get a chance to look at it on Saturday and see how much we can add to the tab. Sigh . . .

Insulation inserted between the the sleepers on the floor.
Inspector scheduled to be here Friday to inspect. If he's here early enough they'll get started on the installing the plywood for the subfloor.
Facia installed on the east side of the house.
Roof installed today. Not an exact match to the existing roof - but oh well. Who will know?
Siding stacked up in the back. The contractor decided, with my OK and at his cost, to install wood planking vs. Hardie Planking which is a composite.

Today plywood was put up on what was the exterior wall of the existing house.
Doorway framed up - to master bedroom.
Adding additional support for the glass shower door - to be installed someday.
Drilling more holes for ventilation.
Electrical wiring getting run.
Backside of the kitchen.

Bathtub has arrived.
