I was really disappointed with my Mom last night. I told her that I wanted to talk to her online or chat online. But, she did not show up. I waited for her to be online until midnight. I decided that I had waited long enough and had to go to bed. When I woke up this morning I checked my phone and I had several messages from her. She told me that they don’t have any electricity since yesterday morning, Philippines time.
I wasn’t surprised. When I was still living there - losing power was a frequent occurrence. How I wish I could buy some Generators and ship them to the Philippines. Buying a generator is not a problem because I can find affordable generators here. The shipping to the Philippines will cost too much money for me. I don’t know what the best solution is right now. We will see in the next few days if I can find the best way to send a generator without paying a lot of money for shipping.

I appreciate the guest post, Jewel Rodgers
I went to www.TexasElectricityProviders.com when I first moved in because I didn’t know the first thing about buying a house and setting up utilities and all that. There’s something to be said for having a husband to do all that for you but since I got divorced all that stuff is now on my plate. Don’t get me wrong though, it’s been really good to learn how to do all this stuff myself and I feel totally independent and capable now in a way I haven’t in a long time.
I wish it hadn’t taken me so long to learn these life lessons but you know, now I know that if I get a flat or if my AC goes out I know what to do and that’s not a sense I had when I was married so I guess that’s a good thing. My husband and I are still good friends so it’s not like I’m totally on my own – I know he’d help me if I ever asked for it.

These past few months our electricity bill has been getting higher and higher. It outrageous! We try our hardest to turn off all the lights when they’re not in use. But, it seems like it doesn’t make a difference when we receive the bills. Every penny is very important for us. My son’s growing like a weed. I know sooner or later he will be going to school.
We need to save some money for my son’s education. I know how expensive it is to go to school here in the U.S. I have to know more about home energy audit. I’m the one who gets frustrated because I’m the one who runs around and turns everything off and pays all the utility bills for the house.

It would be smarter for us to read all the home energy efficiency tips before we go any further. Hubby and I are really good at planning before we do something especially if its involve money. Having a better plan is a good thing and certainly better than no plan at all. That’s the way we manage our life together.
To save money – it takes two to tango as the saying goes. It’s not a one way street, it’s a two way street. In order to save money we have to have home insulation contractors. It would be really nice if we could save even 35 percent on each bill. When you say “savings” it’s so easy to say but absolutely hard to do. When you hire the Home Energy Team I can guarantee you that you’ll reduce your utility bill and electricity consumption.
