This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Slim-Fast. All opinions are 100% mine.
Before I met my husband I wore a size zero. I was so skinny and small but not so small that I looked like a dwarf OK! I’m just a distinctive Filipino woman. Tiny. I now live in United State of America for more than five years and happily married to my wonderful honey-bunch. The first time hubby and I went to one of those fancy restaurants in the bay area I was beyond shocked because of how much food was served on each plate. I asked myself how I could eat all of it. It seemed too much for a tiny woman like me. To make the story short, I’m putting on extra pounds now and guess what, I had a baby two years ago. The worst part is… I’m still dealing on how to lose weight. I just need self control. Talking about self-control I like Slim-Fast because of the great taste and I can have different flavor everyday if I want too. They have flavors available in the new Slim-Fast bottle include: Creamy Milk Chocolate, French Vanilla, Rich Chocolate Royale, Cappuccino Delight, and Strawberries N’ Cream. It helps me get back on track. It’s really frustrating because my jean size went from size zero to size…holy moly macaroni I can’t even say it because it's too embarrassing to mention. I am really have to pull myself together and plan to start my journey on losing weight. I know it’s going to be a battle but I have to trust my womanly instinct that I can do it. Good thing here in the US there is one brand I can rely on the Slim-Fast to help me lose weight and get my body back. There 3-2-1 Plan is the best because you can pick three nourishing snacks a day – Slim·Fast 100-calorie snack bars, nuts, fruits and veggies. Now, I’m not worried about this coming Christmas party we are going to attend next week. I can have my Creamy Milk Chocolate before the party. I’m so glad I have a Slim-Fast with me. You can buy the products online at Amazon.com and drugstore.com. You can also “like” Slim-Fast or be one of their fans in a social network like Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/slimfa… and see what’s the latest.
