Fender Guitars was founded about 1946 and by the 1960's had made it’s way into many stores selling musical instruments.  Most guitarists consider Fender to be world renowned and claim it to be a design classic.  While Fender guitars are made to be played, they can also be an investment hobby, lovingly displayed on the wall of one’s home.  Guitarcenter.com now has over 200 stores, including the acquisition of Musicians Friend stores.  Fender guitars are front runner in their advertising and it is easy to see why.  Fender guitars offer many knock-out options, such as noiseless pick-ups, advanced sound techniques with much improved tones. Design wise you can expect Fender to offer ear blasting volume, locking tuners and beveled neck heels plus a choice of ten different colors.  The Fender models include a molded case with reinforced latches and TSA locks to protect your investment in the Fender guitars

Harmonicas for sale have been around for decades.  It seemed there was always a harmonica or two laying around the house, ready for playing by anyone who walked by.  Admittedly most of us just would pick it up and blow through the holes, make noise, and thought we were really “playing the harmonica”.   When one of my children showed a distinct interest in really learning to play the harmonica, I started looking around for the best harmonicas for sale.  I found musiciansfriend.com and was amazed to find it was founded in 1983 so they have been selling musicians gear for a long time. They were among the first to offer a catalog of musical items.  The harmonicas for sale have air tight construction, plastic combs which prevent shrinkage and splintering, stainless or gold cover plates (the gold ones are a special offer).  A far cry from the old battered harmonicas we had as children. This company gives exceptional service from their center in Kansas City or the 300 person call center in Salt Lake City.

I mentioned on my other blog that I was going to get a guitar for my brother for his birthday.  I will also get a  cleartone for his old guitar that he got from his godfather.  I told him to throw the guitar away but he is so hardheaded about it.  I understand that he values all the gifts he has received, no matter how long ago.   Since he was young he's always loved to listen to music.  I think for me it’s better than drinking beer all day long.  I would rather see my brother having fun singing than having fun getting drunk.
