Like everyone says: health is wealth. Yeah it’s so true! When I was in high school I was little bit on the chubby side and I realized that every day I needed to work on losing weight. So, I started dieting by not eating right.
But at that time I thought that was the right thing to do. One day, I felt dizzy and no energy. In short, I was feeling so weak. My mom was so worried about me and my health. The next day she took me to the hospital because my tummy was so painful. It was a nightmare. No fun at all.
Since then, I've tried to read books or go online to find the best way to lose weight. So far the article from Russell A. Solomon has been the most helpful. It motivated me to do to lose weight the right way. I like the part… “If you are healthier, you are happy”. Yep, absolutely right! When you live longer and have a healthy life, you have the ability to do more in your life.
