I was really disappointed with my Mom last night. I told her that I wanted to talk to her online or chat online. But, she did not show up. I waited for her to be online until midnight. I decided that I had waited long enough and had to go to bed. When I woke up this morning I checked my phone and I had several messages from her. She told me that they don’t have any electricity since yesterday morning, Philippines time.
I wasn’t surprised. When I was still living there - losing power was a frequent occurrence. How I wish I could buy some Generators and ship them to the Philippines. Buying a generator is not a problem because I can find affordable generators here. The shipping to the Philippines will cost too much money for me. I don’t know what the best solution is right now. We will see in the next few days if I can find the best way to send a generator without paying a lot of money for shipping.
