I’ve noticed these last few days that I’m getting severe back pain. It’s so uncomfortable and not a pleasant type of pain at all. When I’m sitting down for a long time I have to get up very slow so my back won’t hurt. How annoying. I feel like I am a 90 year old granny. I’m not sure the pain I’m having right now is normal. I’ve never had this type of pain before. The Minimally Invasive Spine Institute might be an option but I have to see my specialist to make sure that I’m OK to have that kind of surgery. Surgery is so scary to think of right now and I can’t afford to be out of commission for a long time because I have a lot of responsibilities to consider.

Back pains are really hard to handle, a person having such condition would suffer and can stop it's production of life. I experienced it before and I hate it.
